Flooding 

Most of these photos were taken of South and Ropes Creek after heavy rains in 2001.

They are a graphic reminder of the flooding risk that faces local residents and businesses and why Lend Leases plans to fill massive areas of the South Creek floodplain need to be thoroughly and independently assessed by Penrith and Blacktown Councils
